OneBuddy is built on a local-first architecture. All data is stored on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API.
Data stored: extension settings, clipboard history (up to 100 items), notes, blur regions per URL, habit data, capture gallery items, browser lock password hash.
Data NOT collected: browsing history, personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, error reports, or any form of telemetry.
No external servers: OneBuddy has no backend server. The only external connection is Google's OAuth when you optionally connect Google Calendar.
No data selling: OneBuddy will never sell, share, or monetize user data in any form.
