How to Set Your First Health Reminder

Open OneBuddy by clicking its icon in the Chrome toolbar. Navigate to the Health section in the side panel.

You'll see three reminder types: Water Reminder, Stand Up Reminder, and Eye Break (20-20-20 Rule). Each can be enabled independently.

For each reminder, choose your scheduling mode: Interval (e.g., every 30 minutes), Fixed Time (specific times of day), or Date Range (only during certain date ranges).

Set your preferred interval. Water reminders are commonly set to 30-60 minutes. Stand-up reminders work well at 45-90 minute intervals. Eye breaks follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes).

Optionally, add website exclusions — URLs where reminders should not appear. This is useful for video conferencing sites where interruptions are unwanted.

Click Save. Your reminders are now active and will display beautiful in-page notifications at your chosen intervals.
