Open the OneBuddy side panel and navigate to the Productivity section. You'll find the Pomodoro Timer as one of the first tools.
Set your focus duration (default: 25 minutes) and break duration (default: 5 minutes). You can customize these from 1-120 minutes for focus and 1-30 minutes for breaks.
Click Start to begin your first Pomodoro session. The timer will count down in the side panel, and if screen dim is enabled, your active tab will darken to reduce visual distractions.
When the focus session ends, you'll hear an audio notification. The timer automatically switches to break mode. Use this time to stand, hydrate, or rest your eyes.
After the break, a new focus session begins automatically. The session counter tracks how many Pomodoros you've completed today.
The screen dim feature is optional and can be toggled on/off. When enabled, it physically darkens your browser tab during focus sessions, creating a visual cue that you're in deep work mode.
