OneBuddy Extension Not Opening — Troubleshooting

If OneBuddy's side panel doesn't open when you click the toolbar icon, try these steps.

Step 1: Check if the extension is enabled. Go to chrome://extensions/ in your address bar. Find OneBuddy and make sure the toggle is turned on (blue).

Step 2: Restart Chrome. Close all Chrome windows and reopen the browser. Sometimes extensions need a fresh start after Chrome updates.

Step 3: Check for extension conflicts. Other side panel extensions might conflict with OneBuddy. Try disabling other extensions temporarily to identify conflicts.

Step 4: Reinstall OneBuddy. If the above steps don't work, remove OneBuddy from chrome://extensions/ and reinstall it from the Chrome Web Store.

Step 5: Clear Chrome cache. Go to Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data. Select "Cached images and files" and clear. Then restart Chrome.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please report the problem with your Chrome version and operating system details.
